WT6 takes the privacy of its visitors and users very seriously. For this purpose, this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") describes how Qualitas d.o.o. (“WT6”, “we”, “our” or “us”) collect, use and share your personal information, as well as an explanation of the data rights you may have in relation to that personal information. This Privacy Policy applies to all users of WT6, including non-registered visitors, registered users and premium users (collectively “users”, “you” or “your”) and to all WT6 services, including our websites (including www .webtool6.com and all its subdomains, the “Site”), web applications (“WT6 Applications”), mobile applications (“Mobile Applications”) and related services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy is not intended to override the terms of your contract with us or any rights you may have under other applicable data privacy laws.
Before accessing or using our services, please read this policy to make sure you fully understand our practices regarding your personal information. If you have read and fully understand this Privacy Policy and you still object to our practices, you must immediately exit and stop using any of our Services. 2. What "personal data" do we collect?
2.1. User Information: In order to provide the Services to you, we must collect personal information relating to a specific or identifiable natural person ("Personal Information"). We collect the personal information you provide to us through your use of the Services and from other sources. Here are the types of personal information we collect about you:
Information you provide to us. When you register for our Services, sign up for WT6 events, subscribe to our blogs or newsletters, purchase and/or register domain names, use any of our Services; and/or when you contact us directly through any communication channel (e.g., WT6 support tickets, email), you may provide us with personal information such as name, email address, phone number, payment information ( for users with paid services), information you include in your communication with us and other users on our platform, and personal data contained in scanned identification documents (such as an identity card, driver's license, passport or official company registration documents) .
Information We Collect When You Use the Services. When you visit, download and/or use any of our Services, we may collect aggregated Personal Usage Information such as visitor and user browsing activities and "clickstream" on the Services, session and scrolling heatmaps, non-identifying Device-related Personal Information Visitor or User, operating systems, internet browsers, screen resolution, language and keyboard settings, internet service providers, referring/exit pages, date/time stamps, etc.
Information we collect from other sources. We may receive personal information about you from third party sources such as i) security providers, fraud detection and prevention providers, for example to help us weed out users associated with fraud, ii) social media platforms when you log in or log in - with using your social network account, we may receive personal information from that service (eg, your username, basic personal profile information) and in some cases we may collect personal information from lead generation companies that help us improve our service offerings; iii) advertising and marketing partners to monitor, manage and measure our advertising campaigns.
Personal information comes from you when you visit or use our services, we collect personal information automatically, and we collect personal information from other sources.
2.2. Users of users "Personal information"
We may also collect Personal Information relating to visitors and users of our User Sites or Services (“Users-Users”) solely for and on behalf of our Users (as described in more detail in Section 6 below).< /p>
2.3. WT6
's job applicant information
We also collect information provided to us by applicants for WT6 jobs ("Applicants") when they apply to any of the vacancies posted online, by email or otherwise (as further described in our privacy policy for candidates za job).
3. Why we collect such "personal data"
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
To provide and manage services;
To further develop, adapt, expand and improve our services based on users' usual or personal preferences, experiences and problems;
To provide our users with ongoing customer service and technical support;

To enable, sponsor and offer certain contests, events and promotions, determine eligibility of participants, track performance, contact winners and award prizes and benefits;

To create aggregate statistics and other aggregate and/or identified information that we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our services;
To provide you with professional help. To improve our data security and fraud prevention capabilities;
and To comply with applicable laws and regulations.
We may use techniques such as "machine learning" (called "automated decision-making" in European law) to help us improve our services. When we use machine learning, either: (i) we still have a human involved in the process (and therefore are not fully automated); or (ii) use machine learning in ways that do not have significant privacy implications.
We may also use machine learning to help us monitor, identify and suspend accounts that send spam or engage in other abusive or fraudulent activity. We use your personal data for the purposes set out in section 3 where:
Our use of your personal information is necessary to perform a contract or to take steps to enter into a contract with you (eg to provide you with a website builder, to provide you with our customer service and technical support);
Our use of your personal data is necessary to comply with a relevant legal or regulatory obligation to which we are subject; or Our use of your personal data is necessary to support legitimate interests and business purposes (for example, to maintain and improve our services and the performance of WT6 by detecting technical problems), provided that it is done in a manner that is proportionate and respects your rights to privacy.
4. How we share your 'personal information'
We may share (or otherwise give them access to) your personal information with service providers and others in the following ways and in the following cases:
Third Party Service Providers: WT6 has partnered with a number of select service providers whose services and solutions complement, facilitate and enhance ours.
These include hosting and server colocation services, communications and content delivery networks (CDNs), data and cyber security services, billing and payment processing services, domain name registrars, fraud detection and prevention services, web analytics, distribution and monitoring email services, session recording and remote access services, performance measurement, data optimization and marketing services, content providers, and our legal and financial advisors (collectively, “Third Party Service Providers”). WT6 may share the following categories of personal information with third party service providers for business purposes: identifiers, including name, nickname, mailing address, unique personal identifier, web identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address, account name, or other similar identifiers. commercial personal data, such as personal data about products or services purchased, obtained or considered.
4.1. We may share the personal information of our users and user-users with various third parties, including certain service providers and law enforcement officials. Personal information may be shared solely in accordance with this policy.
Law Enforcement, Legal Requests and Duties: WT6 may disclose or otherwise allow access to any of the categories of your personal information described in this Privacy Policy pursuant to a legal request, such as a subpoena, legal process, search warrant, or court order, or in accordance with applicable law, if we believe in good faith that we are required to do so by law, with or without notice.
4.2. Protection of Rights and Security: WT6 may share any of the categories of your personal information described in this Privacy Policy if in we believe in good faith that doing so will help protect the rights, property, or personal safety of WT6, any of our users, any User, or any member of the general public, with or without notice.
4.3. In Connection with a Change in Corporate Control: In addition, if WT6 or any of its affiliates undergoes any change of control, including a merger, acquisition, or purchase of substantially all of its assets, your personal information may be shared with customers. involved in such an event.
4.4. b) App Marketplace Developers: We permit third party developers (“Third Party Developers”) to develop and offer their own applications through the WT6 App Marketplace (“Third Party Apps”) to users that you may integrate into your web or mobile websites. Each Third Party Developer is bound by a Partner Agreement that limits, among other things, the ways in which such Developers may access, store, share and use Personal Information that you and/or your User-Users provide to them.
c) Social Media Features: Our Services may allow you to integrate certain social media features, widgets and single sign-on features such as “Facebook Connect” or “Google Sign In” (“Social Media Features”) into your web or mobile websites. These social media features may collect certain personal information from your users, such as identifiers, including name, nickname, unique personal identifier, web identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address, or other similar identifiers. Social media features are hosted by a third party or directly within our Services. Please note that in the cases listed above in this section
4.5, WT6 acts solely as an intermediary platform that allows you to order services from such third party services (including, but not limited to, third party developers, third party applications and social media functions) with which you interact directly and at your judge. In this regard, WT6 acts as a service provider for you and discloses information to third party services on your behalf. WT6 will share your user-user personal data with third party services only at your direction or with your permission and is not and will not be in any way responsible for or liable in connection with such processing of such personal data by third party services. WT6 does not control and is not responsible for the actions or policies of any third-party service, and your use of any third-party service is at your own risk. We encourage you to review any privacy policies that accompany a third-party service and ask them for any clarification you may need before deciding to install and/or use their services.
5. Where do we store/process your 'personal data'?
WT6 processes data about individuals worldwide and may transfer your personal data outside of your country. Your security, privacy, and confidentiality are our top priorities, and that's why WT6 runs a verification process that includes evaluating the privacy laws of these countries to confirm that they have strong data protection laws.
5.1. User's personal data is controlled by WT6.com Ltd. in Israel, which is considered by the European Commission as a country that offers an adequate level of EU personal data protection. Residents of Member States (see here).
5.2. If you are located in Europe, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, when we transfer your personal data to a location outside Europe, we will ensure that (i) there is a level of protection deemed adequate by the European Commission or (ii) the relevant standard contractual clauses apply (ie . the valid module of standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 Ev of Parliament and Council from 4 June 2021, as available here, and the International ICO Data Transfer Supplement to the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, version B1.0, effective from 21 March 2022, as revised in section 18 of its mandatory clauses).
5.3. WT6 data storage providers are contractually obligated to protect and safeguard your data. Among other things, WT6 will provide an appropriate level of protection or appropriate standard contractual clauses for the international transfer of our users' data from the EU. Privacy Shield Certification: WT6 complies with the EU-U.S. The Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework Agreement. With respect to personal information received or transferred under the Privacy Shield Framework, WT6 is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC). In accordance with the Privacy Shield Principles, WT6 is committed to resolving complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. EU and Swiss individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our Privacy Shield Policy should first contact us at: privacy@webtool6.com. WT6 has also committed to refer pending Privacy Shield complaints to an alternative dispute resolution provider in the United States. If you do not receive a timely acknowledgment of your complaint from us, or if we have not handled your complaint to your satisfaction, you may - under certain conditions described on the Privacy Shield website - seek binding arbitration when other dispute resolution procedures have been exhausted. If you have an unresolved privacy or data use concern that we have not satisfactorily addressed, please contact our US-based third party dispute resolution provider at https://feedback-form.truste.com/watchdog/request for more information or file a complaint . The services are available to you free of charge.
6. "Personal information" of users of users
WT6 may collect, store and process certain personal information of users of users ("User User Data") solely on behalf of and at the direction of our users. For example, any of our users may import their email contacts from third-party services such as Gmail or otherwise collect and manage contacts through their user site. Such contacts are then stored by WT6 in the user's name.
For these purposes, WT6 serves and is considered the "Processor" and not the "Controller" (as both capitalized terms are defined in the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR")) of such Users.
Users who control and operate such User Sites are deemed to be the “controllers” of such User User Information and are responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations that may apply to the collection and control of such User User Information. Information, including all privacy and data protection laws of all applicable jurisdictions.
The processing of personal data of users-users takes place in the territory of the European Union, Israel or a third country, a territory or one or more designated sectors within this third country, for which the European Commission has decided to provide an adequate level of protection, and such processing and transfer will in accordance with the Data Processing Addendum - Users ("DPA"). Any transfer and processing in a third country outside the European Union, which does not provide an adequate level of protection in accordance with the European Commission, is carried out in accordance with an approved transfer mechanism, as detailed in the DPA.
You are responsible for the security, integrity and authorized use of user-user personal data and for obtaining consents, permissions and providing all required data subject rights and fair processing notices necessary for the collection and use of such personal data.
WT6 cannot provide legal advice to Users or their User-Users, but we recommend that all Users post and maintain clear and comprehensive privacy policies on their User Sites in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, and that all Users-Users carefully read these regulations and make sure that they understand and agree with them to the extent required by applicable legislation.

If you are a visitor, user or customer of any of our users, please read the following: WT6 has no direct relationship with users of users, whose personal data it processes. If you are a visitor, user or customer of any of our users and would like to make any request or inquiry regarding your personal information, please contact such users directly. For example, if you wish to request access, correction, amendment or deletion of inaccurate personal data processed by WT6 on behalf of its users, please direct your inquiry to the relevant user (who is the “controller” of such data). If our users request WT6 to remove any personal information of users of users, we will respond to such requests in a timely manner after verification and in accordance with applicable law (for example, thirty (30) days under GDPR). Unless our user instructs us otherwise, we will retain their users' personal data for the period set out in section 12 below.
7. Use of cookies and other third-party technologies
We and our third party service providers use cookies and other similar technologies (“cookies”) to provide our Service and ensure that it functions properly, to analyze our performance and marketing activities, and to customize your experience.

Please note that we do not change our practices in response to a "Do Not Track" HTTP header signal from a browser or mobile application, but most browsers give you control over cookies, including whether or not you want to accept them and how to remove them. Most browsers can be set to notify you if you receive a cookie, or you can choose to block cookies with your browser.
These technologies are mainly used for stability, security, functionality, performance and advertising purposes.
8. WT6
's messages 8.1. Promotional messages We may use your personal information to send you promotional content and messages via email, text messages, notifications within our platform, marketing calls and similar forms of communication from WT6 or our partners (acting on behalf of WT6) through such means.
If you do not wish to receive such promotional messages or calls, you may notify WT6 at any time or follow the “unsubscribe” or STOP instructions in the promotional messages you receive.
8.2. Service and Billing Communications WT6 may also contact you with important information about our Services or your use of them. For example, we may notify you (by any means available to us) if a particular service is suspended for maintenance; responding to your support request or email; sending reminders or alerts regarding upcoming or late payments for your current or upcoming subscriptions; forwarding complaints of abuse in relation to your User Website; or notify you of material changes to our Services.
It is important that you can always receive such messages. As a result, you cannot opt out of receiving such service and billing communications unless you are no longer a WT6 user (which you can do by deactivating your account).
9. Your rights in relation to your "personal data"
WT6 believes it is imperative that all WT6 users have control over their personal information. Therefore, depending on how you use the WT6 Services, you may have the right to request access to, receive a copy of, update, change or delete, transfer certain Personal Data to another service, limit or object to certain uses of your Personal Data (for example, for direct marketing purposes). Further, where we rely on your consent to process your personal data (for example for direct marketing), you may withdraw your consent at any time and such withdrawal will take effect from that time.
WT6 will not charge you any more if you exercise any of these rights and will continue to provide you with the same level of service.
If you are a WT6 user, you can access and correct many personal data directly through your account or through online forms provided to you by WT6 (as detailed below). You can also exercise your rights by sending a request to privacy@webtool6.com or by contacting our customer support department. When we receive your valid request, we may take steps to verify your identity before granting the request to protect your privacy and security.
Before we fulfill your request, we may ask you for additional information to confirm your identity and for security reasons. We reserve the right to charge a fee where permitted by law (eg if your request is unreasonable or excessive).
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the local data protection supervisory authority (but we still recommend that you contact us first).
If you are a WT6 user and wish to receive a copy of, access and/or request from us corrections of personal data that you have stored with us (either yours or your users' users), or wish to request a list of personal data (if any) relating to you and we have disclosed them to third parties for direct marketing purposes, please follow the help center instructions; We will do our best to fulfill your request promptly (unless we need additional information from you to fulfill your request). , subject to legal and other permissible reasons.
Please note that permanently deleting your WT6 account deletes all of your personal information from WT6 databases. Upon completion of this process, you may no longer use any of your WT6 services, your account and all of its information will be permanently removed, and WT6 will not be able to recover your account or retrieve your information in the future. If you contact our support channels in the future, the system will not recognize your account and support agents will not be able to find the deleted account.
10. Additional information for California residents
If you are a California resident using the Services, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) gives you the right to request access to the personal information WT6 collects about you and to request that we disclose how we collect it , we use and share your personal information.
California residents also have the right to opt out of a company selling their personal information and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of their rights under the CCPA.
No sale of personal information. WT6 does NOT sell (as such term is defined in the CCPA) your personal information or the personal information of your customers (users of users) to third parties, and WT6 has not sold any personal information in the twelve months prior to the effective date of this Privacy Policy.
No discrimination. WT6 does not discriminate against any user in exercising their rights under the CCPA.
Consumers in California may exercise their CCPA rights directly or through an authorized representative by logging into their registered WT6 account at WT6.com and following the instructions described below. Please note: In order to protect user accounts and personal information and to protect users' privacy rights, we review users' requests for deletion and access, and to that extent we may ask you for additional information or documentation (as applicable), such as information related to with your account, and in some cases billing information used to purchase paid services, and copies of documents that can help verify your identity.
Such identification documentation (if requested) will be used for verification purposes only and will be deleted once your request has been processed.
The following instructions apply to personal information we may collect from California residents on or through our Services.
Right to be informed: If you wish to exercise your right to know or receive a copy of or access to the personal data you have stored with us, please follow the instructions in the help center article which explains how you can retrieve your personal data directly from your WT6 account. Alternatively, you can request access to your personal information via a web form by sending a request via email to privacy@webtool6.com.
Right to erasure: If you wish to exercise your right to request the erasure of any of your personal data stored by us, please follow the instructions in the help center article explaining how to delete your personal data, which you can access directly through your user account . You may also choose to submit a request to delete all of your personal information (including information accessible through your user account and any other personal information we have about you) through this online form by sending a request to mail to privacy@webtool6.com.
Once we receive and verify your consumer request, we will delete your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies. We will do our best to comply with your request promptly and in accordance with the requirements of applicable law.
Please note that permanently deleting your WT6 account deletes all of your personal information from WT6 databases. Upon completion of this process, you may no longer use any of your WT6 services, your account and all of its information will be permanently removed, and WT6 will not be able to recover your account or retrieve your information in the future. In addition, if you contact our support channels in the future, your account will not be recognized by the system, the customer service agents and dporo will not be able to find the deleted account.
The rights described in this section may also apply to residents of other US states under applicable laws and regulations.
11. Questions and complaints
If you have any questions or concerns about our collection, use or disclosure of personal information, or if you believe that we have not complied with this Privacy Policy or applicable data protection laws, please contact us - our details are listed at end of this privacy policy.
Our Data Protection Officer team will investigate the complaint to determine whether a breach has occurred and what action should be taken, if any. We take any privacy complaint seriously and will do our best to resolve your complaint promptly and in accordance with applicable law.
You can lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority at any time, but we recommend that you contact us first so that we can try to resolve the issue.
12. Data storage
We may retain your personal information (as well as your user-user personal information) for as long as your user account is active, as set forth in this Privacy Policy, or as otherwise necessary to provide our services.
We may continue to retain your personal information after you deactivate your user account and/or stop using any particular service, as is reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes relating to our users or their user-users, to prevent fraud and abuse, enforcing our agreements and/or protecting our legitimate interests.
To determine the appropriate retention period of personal data, we take into account the amount, nature and sensitivity of such data, the possible risk of damage due to unauthorized use or disclosure of such data, the purposes for which we process it, and applicable legal requirements.
13. Security
WT6 has implemented security measures to protect the personal information you share with us, including physical, electronic and procedural measures. Among other things, we offer secure HTTPS access to most areas of our services; the transmission of sensitive payment information (such as a credit card number) through our designated purchase forms is protected by an industry-leading SSL/TLS encrypted connection; and we regularly maintain PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) certification. We also regularly monitor our systems for potential vulnerabilities and attacks, and regularly look for new ways and third-party services to further improve the security of our services and protect the privacy of our visitors and users.
Regardless of the measures and efforts taken by WT6, we cannot and do not guarantee the absolute protection and security of your Personal Information, your User Users' Personal Information, or any other information that you upload, post, or otherwise share with WT6 or anyone. otherwise. We encourage you to set strong passwords for your User Account and User Site and to avoid providing sensitive personal information to us or to anyone whose disclosure you believe could cause you substantial or irreparable harm.

15. Applications for WT6

WT6 welcomes all qualified candidates to apply for any job opening posted at https://www.WT6.com/jobs by sending us their contact details, CV and other relevant information via the application form at our website. WT6 will handle this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy for Job Candidates.
We will use such personal information solely for internal recruitment, recruitment and business purposes.
16. Public Forums and User Content no
Our Services offer publicly accessible blogs, communities and support forums. Please be aware that any personal information you provide in these areas may be read, collected and used by others who access it. If you would like to request the removal of your personal information from our blogs, communities or forums, please contact us here. However, we cannot control the actions of other users or members of the public who may access your User Content, and we are not responsible for circumventing any privacy settings or security measures that you or we may have placed on your User Site (including on e.g. password protected areas on your user site). You understand and acknowledge that copies of User Content may remain visible on cached and archived pages even after they are removed by you or us, or if any third party (including any of your User-Users) has copied or stored such User Content. To clarify, we advise against uploading or posting information that you do not wish to be made public.

We may update this Privacy Policy as required by applicable law and to reflect changes in our personal information collection, use and storage practices. This Privacy Policy has been written in English and may be translated into other languages for convenience. Other language versions can be accessed and viewed by changing the language settings of the WT6 website. If the translated (non-English) version of this Privacy Policy conflicts in any way with the English version, the provisions of the English version shall prevail.
